The First 5 by Supriety™ — Step One of the Practice is a $17 one-time digital purchase. It includes the post-purchase guide, one browser-based tracker, four printable trackers, and the supporting guidance linked from the product.

How completion works

A qualifying morning means completing all five actions in the same morning. Completion means 7 qualifying mornings within 30 days of purchase. The mornings do not need to be consecutive. Missing a morning does not reset progress, and completed mornings remain completed. Completion is self-attested.

Tracker behavior

The tracker saves qualifying dates in this browser on this device. It does not verify PayPal payment or purchase date, automatically send progress to Supriety, or move progress between browsers or devices. Clearing browser data may remove progress.

Safety and adaptations

The First 5 is a self-directed behavior practice, not medical care. Safe Intentional Discomfort is voluntary and must remain safe; cold exposure is optional. You may adapt the form of any action. Respect legitimate health, mobility, sensory, dietary, safety, and access limitations.

Outcomes and responsibility

No personal outcome is guaranteed. You choose how to participate and remain responsible for using the practice safely. To the extent permitted by law, Supriety is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from voluntary use of the product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Payment, refunds, and tree funding

PayPal is the third-party payment processor. The refund policy is 30-day refund, no questions asked. After completing 7 qualifying mornings within 30 days of purchase, contact Joey through the tracker completion link. Supriety will fund one tree through #TeamTrees for the completed purchase; the tracker does not notify Supriety or trigger funding automatically.

Team Supriety is an active participating team. #TeamTrees was launched by MrBeast with Mark Rober, with tree planting handled through the Arbor Day Foundation. Supriety is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by MrBeast, Mark Rober, #TeamTrees, or the Arbor Day Foundation.

Tracker progress

Your First 5 progress is stored in this browser on this device and is not automatically sent to Supriety. The tracker uses browser local storage for qualifying dates. Clearing site data or using another browser or device can remove or separate that progress.

Payments and support

PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy practices and may provide Supriety with purchase details needed for fulfillment or refunds. If you email support or contact Joey about completion, Supriety receives your email address and the information you choose to send.

Technical and campaign data

If a page address includes campaign, creator, or referral values, the site may save those values and set a first-party attribution cookie. This does not include tracker completion data. Hosting, security, payment, and email providers may process ordinary technical data such as IP addresses, request logs, and security cookies. Supriety has not added advertising pixels or completion tracking to this First 5 experience.

Kids

Kids use the offline printable. There is no Kids account or Kids digital tracker, and Supriety does not intentionally collect child information through The First 5. Please do not send a child’s personal information in a support email.
