It includes the post-purchase guide, one browser-based family tracker with up to five named profiles, four printable trackers, and the supporting guidance linked from the product.

Current bundle and earlier purchases

The current purchase includes Change Your Feed and The First 5. It does not add Founding 100 membership, future cohorts, founder calls, or Signal Reset. Benefits agreed with eligible earlier purchasers remain unchanged. Earlier Founding members retain their permanent, non-transferable number, future 28- and 66-day cohorts when released, and their founder-call benefit. The cohorts are in development with no promised release date. Any agreed earlier merchandise obligations remain in place; contact Joey with your original receipt for help.

Access after purchase

After PayPal returns you to Change Your Feed, the server confirms the completed payment and opens both programs. If confirmation is still arriving, keep that page open; do not pay again. During setup, choose a product email and save your private backup link. Use it or request a return email to reopen both programs on another browser. The optional Exit Sound is free for everyone, with no account or email, and is never required to begin. Your PayPal receipt remains your proof of purchase. For a separate earlier First 5 purchase, use First 5 purchase recovery with your PayPal email and transaction ID, or contact Joey. A delayed email does not cancel your purchase.

How progress and completion work

Each action marked is recognized as progress. A qualifying morning still means completing all five actions in the same morning. Completion means 7 qualifying mornings within 30 days of purchase. The mornings do not need to be consecutive. Partial or missed mornings do not reset progress, and completed mornings remain completed. Completion is self-attested.

Tracker behavior

The tracker saves each family profile’s current day actions and qualifying dates separately in this browser on this device. It does not verify PayPal payment or purchase date, automatically send progress to Supriety, or move progress between browsers or devices. Clearing browser data may remove progress.

Safety and adaptations

The First 5 is a self-directed behavior practice, not medical care. Safe Intentional Discomfort is voluntary and must remain safe; cold exposure is optional. You may adapt the form of any action. “Nourish” does not require eating, breakfast, or a particular diet. Respect legitimate cultural, health, mobility, sensory, dietary, fasting, safety, access, and medical needs.

Outcomes and responsibility

No personal outcome is guaranteed. You choose how to participate and remain responsible for using the practice safely. To the extent permitted by law, Supriety is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from voluntary use of the product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Payment, refunds, and tree funding

PayPal is the third-party payment processor. The refund policy is 30-day refund, no questions asked. The First 5 is included with Change Your Feed for one $27 payment. Each purchase supports up to five family participants and no more than six trees across both programs: one tree per verified purchase, plus one per participant completing seven First 5 mornings within 30 days of purchase. Completing Change Your Feed does not add a separate tree. Submit each completed profile’s receipt to Joey for manual review and funding. Separate named trackers are saved independently on the device. Supriety contributes US$1 per qualifying tree to #TeamTrees, separately from the PayPal payment. Physical planting follows the Arbor Day Foundation’s project schedule, not the moment of purchase or completion. The tracker illustration is a record of morning practice, not a planting receipt. Tracker progress

Your First 5 progress is stored in this browser on this device and is not automatically sent to Supriety. The tracker uses browser local storage for qualifying dates. Clearing site data or using another browser or device can remove or separate that progress.

Payments and support

PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy practices and may provide Supriety with purchase details needed for fulfillment or refunds. If you email support or contact Joey about completion, Supriety receives your email address and the information you choose to send.

Earlier-purchase fulfillment details

For an eligible earlier purchase with agreed merchandise benefits, when you submit the fulfillment form, Supriety stores your preferred printed name, requested size, shipping name and address, permanent Founding number, and fulfillment history with your verified purchase. These details are used for shirt fulfillment and accessible to authorized fulfillment administration. Contact Joey to correct your details or ask about retention. Do not submit a child’s private details; an adult purchaser should handle shipping.

Technical and campaign data

If a page address includes campaign, creator, or referral values, the site may save those values and set a first-party attribution cookie. This does not include tracker completion data. Hosting, security, payment, and email providers may process ordinary technical data such as IP addresses, request logs, and security cookies. Supriety has not added advertising pixels or completion tracking to this First 5 experience.

Kids

Families can keep up to five named tracker profiles on their own device, and kids can use the offline printable. There is no separate child account or server-side child profile. Supriety does not receive the names saved in the browser; please do not send a child’s personal information in a support email.
