Change Your Feed is a self-directed experiment that helps you intentionally change the signals you send one selected Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube feed and compare what you notice.

What the product does

The product provides a direction you choose, a Day 0 baseline of up to 20 recommendations, six short platform-specific missions, a Day 7 comparison, and optional feedback. Each next step opens on the next calendar day in your setup time zone. Missing a day extends the experiment and does not erase progress. Supriety does not control, retrain, or access your social accounts, and does not promise a particular recommendation change, timeline, or result. Choosing to finish a smaller sample requires explicit confirmation; the comparison shows actual sample sizes and cannot establish causation.

The First 5, included

Your purchase also includes The First 5 guide, a device-local tracker with up to five family profiles, and four printable trackers. A qualifying morning means all five actions in the same morning; a participant completes seven qualifying mornings within 30 days of purchase. They do not need to be consecutive. Adapt the actions to your circumstances; cold exposure and food are optional. The practice is not medical care. Read the First 5 practice and safety details. New bundle purchases do not add Founding 100 membership, future cohorts, founder calls, or Signal Reset. Previously agreed benefits for earlier purchasers remain unchanged.

Access after purchase

PayPal processes the payment. After the completed purchase is verified, the site returns you to the Change Your Feed intake and opens both paid programs automatically. You may start either one directly. The Exit Sound is optional and publicly available at /exit-sound, with no account, email, or purchase required. PayPal confirmation can take a short time. During setup, you choose a product email and can request an essential one-time return link when email delivery is available. You also receive a private backup link to keep in a password manager. If access does not open, contact Joey using your product or purchase email. You will not be asked to manually type a PayPal transaction ID to open the product.

Tree funding commitment

Supriety commits to fund one tree per verified purchase, plus one for each of up to five family participants who completes seven qualifying First 5 mornings within 30 days of purchase. The maximum is six trees across the whole purchase. Completing Change Your Feed does not add a separate tree. Submit each completed First 5 profile’s receipt to Joey at joey.noblesf@gmail.com for manual review and funding. Supriety contributes US$1 per qualifying tree to #TeamTrees. The records are self-reported; the tracker does not automatically submit them or verify real-world activity. This is a funding commitment, not evidence of funding or planting. Funding requires a donation record and physical planting follows the Arbor Day Foundation’s schedule. Tree commitments agreed with earlier purchases remain unchanged.

Your responsibility

You choose the platform, direction, and actions you take. You remain responsible for following each platform’s rules and for deciding what content to watch, search, follow, save, skip, or interact with. Payment and refunds

This is one $27 payment with no subscription. Email Joey within 30 days of purchase to ask for a refund. No additional condition applies.

Purchase details

PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy practices. Supriety receives the purchase details needed to verify access, provide support, and process refunds, which may include a PayPal transaction reference and payer email.

Change Your Feed intake

Supriety stores the feed you select, what you want more of, what you want less of, what would make the experiment feel successful, and the Day 0 MORE, FINE, and LESS counts. Your chosen product email, up to 20 classifications and perceived-choice scores for Day 0 and Day 7, daily missions, observations, effort ratings, and optional satisfaction feedback are stored server-side and tied to your verified purchase. Your original device uses a secure, HttpOnly access cookie for 30 days. A private backup link restores access after expiry or on another device; we store only a hash of its secret. Email return links are separately hashed, expire after 30 minutes, and work once. Product email is used for essential product access and support only; providing it does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing reminders are not active in this V1.

First 5 tracker privacy

The First 5 stores family profiles and progress in this browser on this device, not on Supriety’s servers. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove or separate progress. Use the tracker backup option before switching devices. Completion receipts are only sent when you choose to email them to Joey. An adult should submit family receipts; do not include a child’s private information.

No social account access

Supriety does not connect to or control your Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account. We do not automatically interact with content, upload screenshots, or use AI to classify your feed. Do not submit passwords, private messages, health information, or other sensitive details in the intake.

Technical and support data

Hosting, security, payment, and email providers may process ordinary technical data such as request logs, IP addresses, and security information. If you contact Joey, Supriety receives your email address and the information you choose to send. Email Joey to ask a question or request correction or deletion of intake information.
